ABOUT ME
Born in rural Illinois, Ashlyn Serrine is a senior BFA Graphic Design major with a minor in UX Design at Bradley University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with awards for her art, including Outstanding Student in Drawing, Outstanding Student in Graphic Design, and the Morris Jaffe Memorial Scholarship.
Ashlyn spent her childhood days exploring creek beds and sketching wildlife, fostering a deep appreciation for nature's intricacies. Over time, that curiosity expanded to digital media, sparked by a love of fantasy games and computers. This early connection to the environment and technology has a significant effect on her design philosophy, where she aims to find harmony between life's chaos and design’s order. Whether through 3-D artwork, websites, or graphic design, she aims to tell compelling narratives that resonate with audiences’s imagination, creating designs that are not only visually striking but also meaningful and thought-provoking. One day, she hopes to combine her passions professionally—working in digital design while continuing to advocate for animals and the environment.
